I'd like to add that meta dragons are getting expounded upon heavily next week. I am going to be adding in rare drops that will allow your meta pet to learn special abilities (will have no impact upon pvp)

Yes this was the first on the server.
Now it isn't the most evolved though.
However it is at the next to final stage.

Yes comes with metastone. No relics.

I do not know if it is still up for sale as we've gotten it so far by now.
It's already almost fully evolved.
