yes i think u use nets to pull them on a boat. not positive though ive never done it.

Yes you just need the normal green fishing nets to pull them on boats, also do yourself a favor and make sure you knock down the pets health considerably before you put in on your boat with you.

You can also just pull your boat up to the shoreline with plank out and they walk on your boat
