Hello folks!
I have a really nice custom plot to offer.
I lived here for round about 3 month and i definitaly will miss this great plot & location.
As u can see on the map screenshot u got everything around u need.
Destard is a short 30 seconds run away. A healer is always 1-3 screens away.
There is also 2 screens away a nice private lich spawn.
U also got those great mining locations one screen away. The house is also on waterfront!
U really can feel free here.
There is no neighbour on same screen and it even comes better. In front of ur house is still a 9 x 8 or bigger plot free to be used. I had that placed before but after i bought my new home i had to delete that plot. So even if u think the main plot is to small for you, u can easily raise up by planting anoher house next to urs!

The house will come as a plot!
This is an absolutly perfect plot with no spawn on your screen or nearby.
