I don't think the trading is an issue. As the forum rules state the forum can't be used to scam etc. so it would not be in anyone's interest to lose their account over a pittance such as this.

He didn't mean it that he would scam someone, but that you can't trade trapped items. Since the chests are locked they are also trapped., you'd have to put them on the floor to transfer etc. Also, the value of these depends on what mobs they came off of

no one has been banned for scaming on forums i know of as of yet
