a buddy of mine is quitting uo, he's an irl friend and we've always shared accounts anyways, - i haven't realy logged into any of his yet- he may return at some point or another to uo , but is it ok to access his accounts or would this violate the 3 accounts rule?
anyone know ?

Sharing accounts is already a violation. To use his accounts now in the how he may someday return is a major violation.

Use 3 accounts and only your 3 accounts.
