There is another thread on it. Someone was saying staff were going to make it autoloot skinned leathers but decided against it. Mine doesn't say blessed. Pretty sure I got it from a repond type.

Ok, as a follow up: Not blessed

Stealable.
When you skin something, instead of hides on the corpse its automatically turned into leather for lighter looting
Killed harpies - it auto loots the feathers
