Peace is trash as it can be macro'd afk with almost no cost.
LJ is on the low end like 1-2k if you can even find a buyer, but might see a 'small' spike of value once new woods are in.
Mining, low end (maybe 2k as it's pretty easy to gain while gathering).
Fishing 3-4k
Blacksmith, 10-11k. Some sell for cheap, but will still sell VERY easily at 10-11.
