you cant buy a box for this skilllevel. The only way is to train in dungeons on chest or you can buy lockpicking skillscrolls. Cost maybe 50k.

I got Lock SS if you want to buy them.

95.9 or whatever was the cap prior to 120 tinker existing. It is certainly possible that a 120 tinker could box could get you to 100 now.
