For the record, I paid 7.2 mil for the last one. I don't know where this 8-10 mil figure is coming from. That said, they may be worth that now since that auction reached 8 mil, posthumously.

Sometimes that is how auctions go. You can "catch lightning" and it gets into a bidding war and the price gets bid up higher then the usually rate. Then the next auction goes back to normal. It is all dependent on who is buying and selling at the time.

When selling threads get this muddled up I wish you could get the moderators to just wipe out all the posts and start fresh (my post included).

Yeah, I went higher because I had the relic slot free and wanted to start working up the DS, figuring that would pay off more in the long run. To me, that was worth spending extra to win the auction.
