I believe that top image is #2658. That bottom one is indeed #691. Where did you get the advertised image? That seems to be an error.

I brought that egg as a second meta dragon because of its advertisement color. I would not have bought it for a diffirent hue.

Because whoever did the SS did in runuo using a dirty dragon b4 apply hue .instead of using a plain hue one, both are same hue
