4th character slot

I'm having a problem creating the 4th character on one of my accounts. It sticks on the creating character screen and never goes through. Has this been a known problem or could it be a problem on my end of things ?

New accounts are only able to have 3 characters. Character slot tokens are 1m each on the goldsink vendor and you can have up to 7 characters per account (3 accounts max).

Thanks. Too funny. it's been bugging me for months.. I'm glad I finally asked about it.

There was a free char slot for old "grandfathered" accounts that were around pre-2 day revert. Zorlac you have been around a long time so you should have the extra slots on your old accounts, but if you made a new one after the revert and after we were allowed 3 accts per IP that account will only have the default three characters, not four. You will have to buy 4 slots to hit your max of 7 instead of 3 on your OG accounts.

That's exactly what was going on.
