How can it be valid if a tree is in the space? IIRC the castle that was there wasnt legally placed either. The SE corner was touching the mountain.

between the plot and the mountain theres 4 tiles free space. so it could be moved 3 tiles to the east i think?

not sure if then there would be a tile between the tree and the house on the west side. eventually yes

Correct. Kiki was the original castle owner and he had GM assistance to place it. That particular GM is no longer a staff member.

That gm may have placed the castle that was previously there, but Shane placed this 30x30, from my understanding Shane nor any gms interfere with any kind of placements anymore

I decided to do a little search for my name while talknig to someone about UO house placing and saw this.

It was NOT GM helped, it was a legit placement. I owned this castle on Pacific in the original UO and did all I could to get it in here as well.
