Neighboring houses. Two are neighboring East and West, one is neighboring to the South.
ALL THREE are MAX STORAGE.
TWO ARE 18x18's!
One can be resized to an 18x18, but it is 18x15!
These are all on ice. Frost trolls spawn to the WEST and to the NORTH of the house.
The rest of the spawn is polar bears, walruses, etc.
This is ice-statue heaven. I've gotten a bunch of statues just killing stuff in front of my house.
I also farm leather in front of my house. (Normal leather, the kind you can barely find on a player vendor in bulk!)
I will sell these WITH OR WITHOUT design. Two of the houses are 'connected' by design.
If you want the design I would like an extra 450k on top of the final bid (as that is the approx cost of design!)
I worded that poorly - its about 450k PER house design, a total of 1.26mil extra.
House # 1 - 18x15 - Water pours in from a pond in the back yard!
House #2 - 18x18 Connected to house #1

House # 3 - 18x18, Open house... Hard-to-design stairs.
