WTS 2 True 18x18 Houses Near Trinsic

Hello there.

I am selling these 18x18 side by side located near the city of Trinsic.
There is some minor spawn in front of the plots and some intense spawn in the back, mostly arachnid mobs. You won't notice it's there if you dont go around the plots.

I will open the auction with a 2.5m starting bid for both plots. I will let this run for one week.

Just came from checking this place out. The spawn is absolutely horrible. Ill toss an offer of 1.6 mil.

The spawn is not quite horrible in the front of the plots, maybe 2 lizardmen.

Anyway, I took this in consideration when I priced the plots.

I will set a SB of 1.8m and a BO of 2.5m ending the auction on Sunday.
