I'd like to sell with everything included, basically I'd like to liquidate my account so I can log on when I want to play some day again and have a gold stash

I'll sell 1.35M for the empty one (no spawn), then I'll sell 4M all-included for the built one (1M for plot with light spawn, 600k in house construction, 1.4M in tmaps, weapons, skill scrolls, etc.).

Sure thing, would have to check where dono's are at in exchange, but I'll price competitive.. (they were at 200k, then dropped to 180-185k per 1k dono's)

This means roughly (again, let me check) 7.3k for the empty house and 21.6k for the filled house
