Cuz bowing out is one thing, retracting a bid is another.

In the future, if in fact you choose to bid, then retract later. Leave the initial bid up with an editted retraction underneath.

You can either go to another auction or remain.
Retracting for another auction then trying to dip back in because it will suit you once the high bid drops is just a shitstorm for all parties.
I'm not wanting this for 200k more than I should have had to pay.
