So...just so i’m clear on the timeline,

5 days ago you put up for auction your snakes pass 18x18 plot, incidentally less than a screen north of my 30x30.


Two hand-wringing days later after not recieving a single bid you either:

A) post a fictional 9m sold post to save face
B) accept an out of forum buyout offer significantly lower than your desired b/o price


2 days after this (1 day ago) you see listed not a few hrs old, someone elses post of a plot for sale with the exact same dimensions, for the exact same s/b and b/o.

Whereapon you decide to do what? Immediately make best attempt to repair some of your recent testicular shrinkage by offering a fraction of the asked s/b and a generous 1/3 of your similar plot ‘sold’ price, while denouncing to anyone who may have been genuinely interested, thst said plot would never ever sell for even s/b.

And when called out on such utter b/s, and after your best attempts at derrailment you spew out more drivel about ‘noting no other bids’ after a whopping 22hrs list time, promptly turn tail and run?

No no.
By all means, stay and play.

Really at this point i’d rather the popcorn and lolz than plot sold, i was heavily conflicted even listing it in the first place.

Personally I'm all about location, but considering the extra storage on this, and the decent value at 3 mill for the plot, if I had the gold, I'd jump on this, until i could find one in a better location... But alas.. I'm broke at the moment :(

I totally agree man. Realestate has always been location first. Its not no-cut primo, but not ghetto either. I found it to be exactly as needed for a fishermens depot. Over the close to three years ive never had a single problem in this plot, neighbours have come and gone, plots up and down. I just never found a need to shift.
