5mil is pretty overkill. It's a nice plot for sure but I'd say it would max out at 1-1.2mil tops... maybe 1.5mil for a true end-user looking to open a large shop, etc.

It is also surrounded by other homes on 3 sides with the road to the rear of the house rather than the front.

In my opinion I would take one of the 5mil offers for sure.

That's the problem.. he doesn't have a fucking 5m offer.

He doesn't even have one for 2.5.

So your stuff is still inside the house, and it's still named "Jaxxee" or whatever. So by nature of those two things, I assume you never did really sell the house. If it's for sale I would make an interested offer but if it's truly off the market, props for getting someone to throw 5mil on it.
