This 18x18 sits a few screens north of Britain's graveyard. I had hoped to replace the keep that fell there but unfortunately the surrounding area has turned into a small plot minefield. If you have the patience to find the other three house owners and buy up the plots, you could grab yourself an awesome keep location (I know @Dodzilla, aka P Sherman from ]$[ owns one of the plots). There is no blockage from the surrounding houses but there is a fair amount of spawn (ettins, ogres and trolls mainly).
