Any idea what this house should sell for? ive had a couple people say 3 and some say 7.5??? not sure what a fair price would be. It has one storage increase added. Well designed one screen away from an ettin spawn area. Thanks in advance

Location is okay but not the best, there is no blockage and little spawn. I would say you could get in the range of 4-6 for the plot. Anywhere from 4.5-7 customized.

I would recommend to anyone buying this house, be sure to get friended to the house to ensure the increased lockdowns.
