One screen south of a lich spawn. No spawn in front of house. Had the house over a year. Great spot in Paws Village I am on discord as well. To be sold as blank plot.
1m Starting bid.
1.5m Buyout.
Will end 24 hours after last bid or when buyout is met.
I should say that if you buy the house to the left i believe a 30x30 will fit. I couldn't ever catch him though.
Option to buyer for additional 900k you can keep its current custom job or sold as blank plot for bid price.
