Hi, Blockage is when other houses overlap you plot, usually happen on the South and East side of your plot, just like in the picture i have posted. It doesnt physically affect your house but most people find it asthetically unpleasing, hence the bargain price

Also, once you build up the walls and interior, you will not see the blockage while you are inside you house.
