I have 120 on my char. Some people are happy with 115 but as a bard/mage I wanted to go all the way with Provo. If you want the absolutely best chance at provoking some of the hardest mobs in the game then I would say yes. It will also improve your chance at provoking mobs onto player characters as well, which always has a chance to fail. And there's the legendary title. I guess that's about it 
Edit: I would like to think some day mobs requiring 120 will be introduced to the game, as another perk to going 120. Many skills have something unique at 120 and it'd be nice for Provo to have something similar.
