120 Provocation & 120 Peacemaking

I have been on UO Forever now for about 2 months and I have managed to get my main farming character to 120 Peace and 120 Provo. I have just tried to go do a round of farming at Exodous and I am still getting the game message "you have no chance of provoking that creature" on plain Gargoyle Destroyers.

Can staff tell us why at 120 peace and 120 provo you still can not use your skills on certain mobs?

In my opinion it is a method to push players down the $ route for donating for Meta Pets..... I really hope this is not the case but that is what it seems to be.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Just found out that staff have made the new dungeons unprovokeable - this makes a little more sense, still think it should be changed though

Peacemaking is generally useless except for taming, and provoke here you only need 115. Literally 0 reason to get 120 provoke unless you are just looking to pay 600k for the title. Do yourself all a favor, and stick to 115 with a GM instrument.

What game are you playing? I have to bring a beetle with me farming on my bard, I was in 2 different dungeons the last 2 nights...both I filled 2 beetles with gold twice...And it doesn't take long, you can make 50k gold with a bard in about 20-30 mins.
That being said, it seems you may be a bit out of touch. This server has the most overpowered provoke, and peacemaking is really not needed for anything. On other serves, you can't even provoke a balron, or ancient wyrm...so to imply you should be able to provoke everything in the game is silly ...provoke is really more than enough. If anything, use discordance in the place of peacemaking! My build is simple just 115 provo, magery, eval, resist, med, music, hide. I literally can go to almost anywhere and just clear it. Khaldun...can clear it end to end. Terra Keep...same. Fire Dungeon. Ice Dungeon. Hyloth...even a lvl 7 maxed meta has problems with some stuff like the Hell/Grinch level...provoker? Nope, not at all. I could go on naming spots..That being said, when did they make the EQMS dungeon not provokable? I have literally cleared the whole place 5 times over on my bard...but not in over a month.

We have these meta-talismans here. A meta mage or dexxer has as much or more potential to make money, and score high on champs/rda/etc, than a meta-tamer. In fact, at large scale events like invasions, and champs...the tamer pet is more of a detriment...your pets end up tanking for the dexxers and mages. Not to mention the pet skill loss from dying, and all the drama that goes along with being a tamer. You really are WAYYY off with your idea that this server forces you to make a tamer, or that tamers are overpowered.
Besides, who needs to donate? In EQMS we have people join and they get dragons and relics just by playing the game...but again, even our 120 tamers with MAXXED DRAGONS normally can't compete with the meta-dexxers and meta-mages. This is a simple reality of UOF you should accept.

ps- Slayer Armor, and recent changes to arms lore, makes meta-dexxers the undisputed champ of pvm atm. Watch a lvl 10 meta dexxer melt through a balron paragon sometime.
