It's slower and there have been plenty of people (me included) who just demolished their plots when no one bought them.

Lol funny ive sold this house 3 times over the years, and i keep finding the plot empty=P bahaha well if any noobs want it cheap let me know! could even fit 2 houses there or a 2 story classic so not your average spot.
