I know you need 120 Tinker to assemble a crystal workbench that lets you craft slayer armor. These benches have been selling from 250-500k. But slayer armor was only a reality within the past 2-3 months, as time goes on more and more people will want these benches

Also creating a soul forge (used to craft unique/rare house deco items currently) requires 120 blacksmith and 120 tinker. So if you really want to have the crafting market by the balls you'll need 120 tinker eventually

I think I paid in the ballpark of 100k - 125k for mine a month or two ago. Hope that helps.
