^This guy tried to tell me (a player of 16 years) that there is a bank at the docks in Brit. Uh okay. I'm not going to go trade at the docks. I checked after he left and there were PKs down there.

You must be newhere there actually is bank acess at the docks dueling pits. There is no stealing or comant skills allowed. Its basically a trammel zone unless ur actually dueling. And thats where people go alot to trade
