0.9 gain from +1 SS?

It seems like whenever I use a +1 SS it will only raise my skill by .9. For example, today I (finally) made it to 95 poisoning, went to my bank and took out the 5 Poisoning SS's I've saved up and used them... only to end up with 99.6 skill.... Am I somehow counting wrong ?

Ensure your looking at show real skill.

I have show real on but that's not it I had this happen to my Tinker too (went from 99 to 99.9 after using one SS).

Need to go by your real skill. You are not looking at the right #. As Thefallen said.

Same thing happened to me with Lockpicking. 100% sure I was doing show real.
