You need the recipe scrolls which come from whirlpools or regular fishing. The brit galleon still isn't released but you can craft the other 3. It takes quite a bit of resources. Also if you do not have 120 carpentry then you will not have 100% chance to craft so either have someone you trust...

The honest answer is PCH/TC found a hack for mining the crystals and we let GreenB mine them all in every RDA we do to maximize his score. Also we also secretly hate each other and do everything solo, never have groups of more then 1 at all times
