There are clients mods similar to the tree hack. I believe the client-sided mods are completely legal. Some of them make gems and reagents bigger for easier drag and click. I'd recommend steam though.

Pure dexxers aren't that great for PvM. I haven't tried any of the dexxer relics UOF, which might help, but most people run a bard archer or a tamer for PvM. Provocation works like no other in controlling mobs and killing them. I think some people might run melee fighters with peacemaking, but...

I'm fairly certain you can stun with 80 anatomy and 80 wrestling. I had both skills at 80 which seemed to work fine, not sure how much more effective it becomes by GM. In any case, you should already be able to stun
