You dont mark it. You get 2 marked runes once you place your ship on water... those you need to store in house or bank. i keep it in house so my other chars can recall tere at any time... also, it doesnt matter where you move your ship, it will always recall in the middle of the ship ;-)

thats what I do, I put runes in chest in house, and if I die, I just recall in with another char and ress. if you dont have another char, well you just need to help stuck or candle of forgiveness, restock and recall back :)
