In Steam (and I'm sure in Razor as well) there is an option to "search new containers." You can exempt certain containers or turn it off completely. I'm almost certain this is what is causing this problem.

What does it matter if anyone can ride/bond so long as only a tamer can tame it? As it stands ridable polar bears are pretty useless except to tamers of a certain level. Once you get beyond that...meh. They have no value whatsoever.

Who the hell has time to do that? Now I feel like I've wasted 30 vanquishing weapons and a fairly large chunk of time killing 100 mobs to make it to this point only to discover that who knows when I might find this thing actually spawned, and then what? Seems like a huge waste of time and energy.
