There's a vendor just SE of the Moonglow bank, on the road, that sells lockpick kits for training. Those should get you to 95. To GM you either need to train on dungeon chests or use skill scrolls.

I'm not in front of my personal PC so excuse me if I'm not 100% accurate but you need to apply the tree hack (may have to restart the launcher) then download the update - which are the new art files "hiding" the trees. Hope that helps.

You turn them into an altar that's located in the dungeon; when the amount reaches 50 it'll spawn a dungeon boss. Turning these in will allow you a chance to obtain a relic when the boss is killed. More information is provided here on the wiki.

Solid advice ^^ Even a single ogre lord mage could drop one of your pets if you're not on top of your heals and if the pets have subpar skill levels. You try to solo an OL mage with trained drag/ww you're all probably going to get dropped. It's so much better to farm where you have other mobs...

Don't know if this is will help you out but you can gain lumberjack by using an axe while sparring or fighting.

Yep - good plan. What's your current template? From here you should seek out good a rune library and build yourself a set of books for farming and work on making yourself cash to buy those powerscrolls. You can effectively train your taming to about 108 before you wanna gouge your eyeballs out...
