Still a good variety of useful SS kickin around (Mining, Fishing, Alchemy, Peacemaking, Fletching..), so step right up and test your might! Also a whole bunch of t-maps left for beginner and advanced treasure hunters alike.
SS prices blank because if you're looking for a certain skill, you probably know the average price for it and can offer accordingly (AKA I'd rather not look all those things up one by one).

I see someone else already posted a pic of the keg they nabbed, but I figured I'd post mine anyhow (along with the book and standard dirty frying pan). Fun little container, at any rate!
I placed my 7x7 classic house on the 18th using the house placement tool. My plot has room for a 9x14 custom house, which i will soon be able to afford, so I would like to upgrade to that. Do I need to wait until at least a week has passed from the original placement date in order to demolish...
The difficulty to the arrangement is that there is no way to know, short of me trying to put my best foot forward and show I ain't no creep. It's an exercise in faith! An exercise for which I've been burned by others more times than I can count, so I don't blame anyone at all for being wary...

Most people would call this a loan, but I prefer to think of it as using gold to buy gold, with some leniency on payment date.
I'd like to buy 300k, for which I would pay 350k over a period of 4-6 weeks. I realize that probably sounds like way longer than it should take to earn back that much...
@Bromista: I can appreciate that being true for many users, but I also think there are enough edge cases out there who would take advantage of it to make it worthwhile for both buyers and sellers. Personally, I enjoy stealthing into obscure locations on my pvm thief and marking runes to come...
The point is that sometimes you have a pure warrior character who has explored far and don't necessarily want to switch to a character with magery just to run all the way to that spot and mark a rune for him. I don't really see it as any lazier than any other skill whose abilities can be...
Runebooks revolutionized the need for basic Magery skill to cast Recall for most occasions. The only lingering reason for me to keep any Magery on certain characters is to use Mark scrolls if I find myself somewhere that I'd like to get back to quickly.
What I propose is the ability to charge...
