So then by this threads own reasoning shouldent the person who is casting the wall or the EVs be flagged also ??? Those are offensive spells and dispell is only defensive..it removes things it dosent create them ..dispell should should never flag you..learn to be better than the person...

Everything in UO currently has very good reasons for the way they are ..for instance when you cast a enery feild that blocks any and all things from going into a certin area that is a huge advantage in the feild sooooo..as to balance this UO put in dispel feild at a lower spell feild and mana...

This whole premiss that masses of us tamers are leaving pets at spawns or at high lvl mobs is a joke right?Who is doing this ??Every tamer i knw has never done this.. i have no idea what this is all about because..if you leave your pet at a spawn or at a high lvl mob with no regard for them..or...

Ya you must be talkin about before the changes ..because there is no way you are training even a few points of resist and magery the way it is now in a day ..unless by day you mean 24 full hrs maybe even then you prolly get a point or two tops..i also dont wanna now get into wrong way/ right way...

I was mearly showing you a real examlpe/comparison of player gain and pet gains ..sub out your own time frame for gm resist on a player char and it still isint even close ..the pets gain so much slower..also i could make argument that i actually have more spells cast on my pets while training...

SO if the pet skill gains were inline with player gains then i could gm my pets resist from 50 to gm in hrs ..like i can now on any char..but its not i have tryed to train my pet for 5 hrs on balrons, ancient wyrms, dragons and only got .2 or resist....so 25 hrs per full point of the harder...
