I have seen people at least script for 1 type of resource on the fly. i was laying out about 250 chests (2 trips with a bag of 120 chests each) to block off some areas, and a guy would literally run by as fast as possible and grab maybe 10 chests while running full speed within a few seconds...

you can snoop while hidden now, I don't know if you could do that back in the day. i think if you were hidden back in 1998 snooping would reveal you i think here you oonly get revealed if you fail to snoop, so you wouldn't be able to snoop while hidden
