You can buy the dono wand at ~17gp per charge, and it's blessed. Soooo yeah, the people that are buying them at either newbs which are being taken advantage of, or the super rich, but most of the super rich either have an alt with item ID like a treasure hunter or can afford to buy the dono...

I think another thing that has never been talked about beyond wearing good AR, is most PvP'ers walk around with either magic reflect or protection up, use reactive armor .... yeah , not a popular thing to say most likely, but when the first couple times they hit you only do like what 1 damage...
