^^ THIS ^^ I know for a fact a lot of people will not place at IDOCS unless its a very large plot, as the housing market is kinda for shit atm, cant sell anything less than pretty much 18x18 or close to it. This speaks to there being too many plots and not enough owners/buyers... I DO agree...
