I completed the first stage and found all 5 scrolls and returned to the quest giver. he told me that the notebook would be updated with the next steps, but this did not occur. now he won't respond to me and i'm stuck moving forward. put 2 ingame requests but never got a GM to respond.

is that the 120 carp container?

Messembre has the right of it. i've sold exceptional/Vanqs with no modifiers for around 35-50k each. the plus to hit puts it around 75k give or take.
