With only one char? How? I find that almost all mobs will dispel EVs quicker than I can cast them. Level 6 mobs and paragons do it like instantly.

IMO you don't need that many regular - after you get to 70.0 shown you have to switch to greater. I think ten regulars will get you there.

I was thinking similar - reverts suck because you didn't get to spend the time knowing it wouldn't count. What about a pre-planned day of revert - perhaps for groundhog day?

Why, though? At 115 most stuff is exceptional every time. BOD pulls are probably better but are they 500k better?

I dunno, maybe see how people use it? If all PvP becomes gangs of stealthers, then change it back, but it's not clear that being able to heal stealthers will be game breaking
