Moonglow moon gates is the only reliable spot that I found on my treck to gm. Occasionally Jhelum gate has a couple that people park there.

What are the best ways to hunt for these? Where do thy even drop? I've seen liches drop skill scrolls, do they drop taming ones as well? I am so far 3/3 stealth SS on them... Also, are champs the only way of getting power scrolls? I have 5 mill saved up and have been searching for a taming...
