blues don't get statloss if things don't go their way. being red is pretty good punishment in itself. can be freely attacked anytime anywhere by anyone. AND we have statloss. players should be able to flee from ganks when they are the non agressor regardless of notoriety.

alchemists have a huge dps advantage and can constantly throw while running, needing no mana, and can be wielding a weapon. they should harm anyone in the splash zone indiscriminate of anybody's notoriety.

explosion pots are grenades. grenades are indiscriminate. having to be careful when throwing pots is a lot of fun and adds an extra texture to the art of pot throwing. alchemists should have to be careful where they are throwing around their grenades!
