Hi, what version of UO do you have? The server runs off of 7.0.15.1 so if you are using a different version of the game it is often the case in which your counters/etc will simply not be viewable. If you are using 7.0.15.1 I would recommend trying this guide if the problem persists. Also, here...

I wonder if you only had one empty potion bottle in your backpack instead of several empty bottles if that would work. Also if you do that macro which FollowFrosty proposed I would recommend placing an if conditional for being poisoned to bandage yourself because that would save you quite a bit...

I'm not sure what you mean when you say a UOF directory with regard to art files. My UO client is located in Computer -> C ->Program Files (x86) ->Electronic Arts -> Ultima Online. I think yours should be located there as well.
