Buc's den thieves guildmaster, first building over the bridge north or northwest from the moongate (just follow the road up), then ask around for some lockpicking boxes to train on, someone will help you out i'm sure :)

I have been told that there are bulls in delucia passage if that helps. Try going to a rune library if you can find one, they often have runebooks with different taming spots and the approx level to tame at :) EDIT:See lone wolf's post below, I was incorrect about the bulls

Don't be too afraid. If you want resist, drop magery, but i like my provo archer, he has no resist, but has hiding. I'm sure if you go provo, put it with whatever suits your playstyle best, melee, archer or mage. GLHF :)
