400K for tailor is way too much. You can find them at 50K since it's a common BOD reward.

Fishers fit better with archery to kill serpents. It can be quite annoying to fish, it's very randomly, you can get 5 mibs / hour or 0 mibs in 2 hours. I recommend you to invest and get 115 fishing asap, it's worth the price and you will experience an increase on spawned serpents. Fishing is...
