You can buy a classic small house deed for 45k from the architect vendor. It's not too difficult to find a spot. Just be extra careful if you have the deed on you(pks and theives). Or you can use the house placement tool which is blessed and place a house for around 60k(you also get your money...

I have it enabled in razor and today I cast explosion and it auto targeted me for some reason...so yeah... I guess I was in the target queue or something, but still, not exactly "smart targeting".
