It just makes the pot-thrower responsible for where they throw the pots. It adds risk to the best template that can delineate the good alchy mages from the bad ones. And, it's not "banning" them from a town, just cant chuck a pot there...like any other mage

If you remove faction sites from GZ's explo pots could do indefinite area dmg to blues AND force the best PvP build to be responsible where theyre chucking. I think anytime you raise the skill ceiling on the best PvP build...it's a good thing for the game

Your points about pvp being stun-based are not misguided...I agree that stun is pretty lame and having to land one in order to win in the course of a 7x mage fight IS pretty lame, butttt... Changes like this are a shitload of work. PvP here is pretty solid when you look around at other MMO's...

I agree another system could surely stimulate the masses, I just think an instanced fighting area is not the answer. I am, however, excited to see how t2a turns out if they implement it.

If you PvP you should be ready to die, get a rez, and lose your shit...period. Thats just how i feel about that. Making any type of PvP that is instanced will not only take away from the active population PvP'ing the good ol' sandbox way, but it will also dull the excitement that makes the PvP...
