Are you familar with how pks find targets? We just recall around in from a runebook till we find the targets we want. More spots doesn't mean pks won't find you. I think what you really want to say is, more spots that cannot be recalled into would give a better chance at not being pk'd.

Meh, if you got arms lore and a meta-dexxor talisman, you get increase hit rate vs mobs. Doesn't affect pvp.

Its based on GM poisoning, GM Magery, and distance.

Not just runic (although we prefer it cause its consistent) but magic shit too - invul or whatever. I still just keep my mule doing bods for the spined/horned runic kits so I can stay stocked - but on the fly my butler still gives me GM if I don't want to spend time to get the good armor...

Mages should be squishy anyways unless they want to wear high end armor - then they got a risk.

Yeah but you can already do this, so I don't really see it as a reason. And for helping blues muster up the strength to fight reds, I am not getting that either. I just see blues that want to bank sit and look pretty.

Not at all. No-cut is to incentivize pvp. No stat sigil in factions is to incentivize factions. No cast on blues in town is to makes noobs feel happy.

Why? Letting reds kill in town under guard rules isn't related to no-cuts or faction incentives....
