My point is that you do not want this to make the game better, you want it so you can have sweet revenge (not justice) on those that piss you off.
Don't you start too... "Essentially" they stole nothing as they got nothing to walk away with.
Doesn't really matter if it holds an item or not. Now, if they steal that item it is a criminal act. You might as well say because a container *could* hold an item, snooping it should be a criminal act - give me a break!
But to the point you are trying to ignore but is the heart of the issue...
In addition to what @Bromista said, I'd like to add:
To piss @Lexington off
Griefing isn't exactly productive in UO, and doesn't get you much except for satisfaction for those that like to give it to the griefer. Thank you for being one of those.
No its not a new mechanic, its a gold sink item that consolidates multiple standard pouches -- which equates to the same thing except we get the benefit of them being blessed. Popping them is not aggressive in the least hence no criminal act.
You have plenty of options right now that you are just not using. Changing a mechanic that has been in place for forever to suit your frail constitution doesn't sit well with me.
No.
Sounds like good UO style fun.
No. Don't flip this and call the thief trammelized - the thief doesn't have an issue, its you that wants change so you cannot be griefed. Sounds like you are the trammy...
My understanding is that there is nothing wrong with pet loss - in fact it is working perfectly every time I PK a tamer and then their pet. Maybe you should retitle your thread "Let Meta's naturally gain skills above GM" to more accurately describe what the issue is.
TBH though, you cannot...
Yeah the change isn't too bad. Makes pvp a bit less noobish.
+1 on red aggro mobs - hell, I'd be happy with maybe it just not affecting the mobs already aggro'd.
