got it figured out its the skill decay rate...

yeah I have all my appropriate skills in a single group * called good lol* only the arrows on thos skills are marked up the rest if theyre 0 they are locked if they had poaints the got marked down but i am no longer gaining in Provo for some reason

I have all the arrows down on stuff i dont need but the skills with arrow up are no longer skilling up.......is there something im missing here?

Ok so whats the point in eval intel if your just using it to up int stats?? can you drop it for hiding? or something else once you get your int 100?
